The Manchester Adult Education and Skills Plan has been developed by a partnership of the providers in the city. Generally it sets out an ambition to ensure that all of the city’s residents have the skills and education they need to play a full part in the life of the city, and that all Manchester’s businesses can find the skilled and productive workers they need to thrive, whilst offering good quality, well-paid work to local people.

Manchester City Council approached me as they wanted something a little different. They needed a fresh, friendly and positive look when launching the plan. Using the ‘bee’ yellow associated with Manchester we created a full brand identity and campaign materials. At the launch so many of the attendees commented on how the branding really elevated the launch and gave them a sense of pride and connection in the campaign.
